The Origin
APRIL 15, 2017.
It started with "Magnolia." Playboi Carti, produced by Pierre Bourne. The moment that record hit, something clicked. Not just the song — the production. The way it felt. I had to figure out how to do that.
The next morning I woke up, pulled up a four-hour Busyworks Beats tutorial on YouTube, and haven't taken more than three days off FL Studio since. I was 21. I had terrible Dell speakers and zero connections — just the obsession to get better.
Eight years later, a record I co-produced is sitting at #9 on Billboard Top Rap Albums. The speakers are better now. The obsession hasn't changed.

In March 2025, YoungBoy Never Broke Again released More Leaks. The project debuted at #9 on Billboard Top Rap Albums and #29 on the Billboard 200. A record I co-produced — "Rich Junkie" — was on it.
"Rich Junkie" has amassed over 8 million streams across platforms. It's the kind of record you spend years working toward without knowing if it'll ever happen. It happened.
